Job Description

:

As a Site Supervisor at Lucky Interiors, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities related to interior design projects. You will work closely with our design team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project specifications are met and that quality and safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the interior design or construction industry, with a solid understanding of interior design principles and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on interior design project sites.
• Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolve on-site issues and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Review and verify that materials and furnishings are delivered and installed as per the design plan.
• Maintain accurate project records, including site reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and the design team to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Supervise and motivate on-site staff and subcontractors to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment on site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a site supervisory role within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and project execution.
• Experience with managing and coordinating interior design projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality interior design projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard construction and design software.
• Additional certifications in site management or safety will be an advantage.
