The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities during construction, renovation, or other site projects.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Ensure that all construction work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.
Conduct daily site meetings to coordinate activities and address any issues.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Quality Control:
Inspect and review construction work to ensure it adheres to quality standards and project specifications.
Identify any defects or issues and ensure they are corrected promptly.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure all work is completed to the clients satisfaction.
Safety Management:
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards.
Ensure that all team members are trained and comply with safety standards.
Resource Management:
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate deliveries of materials and ensure they are stored and used efficiently.
Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site activities and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
