Job Description

• The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities during construction, renovation, or other site projects.

• This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

• The Site Supervisor will manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and coordinate with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to deliver high-quality results.

RequirementsProject Management:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities to ensure compliance with the project plan and schedule.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

• Ensure that all construction work complies with building codes and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.

• Conduct daily site meetings to coordinate activities and address any issues.

• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Quality Control:

• Inspect and review construction work to ensure it adheres to quality standards and project specifications.

• Identify any defects or issues and ensure they are corrected promptly.

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure all work is completed to the client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.

Safety Management:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards.

• Ensure that all team members are trained and comply with safety standards.

Resource Management:

• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.

• Coordinate deliveries of materials and ensure they are stored and used efficiently.

• Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.

Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site activities and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
