Job Overview:

Quesa Developers, a prominent home construction company in Kerala, seeks skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineers to oversee residential construction projects. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing and executing site activities, ensuring high standards of construction quality, and maintaining safety compliance. They will work closely with the project management team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to design plans and project specifications.
• Monitor construction processes, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality control on all aspects of the build.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage materials and resources efficiently to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed on-site, conducting regular safety audits.
• Resolve technical and on-site issues promptly to minimize disruption to project timelines.
• Prepare and submit regular site reports, including project progress, costs, and any potential delays.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in residential construction.
• Proficiency in construction management software and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
