Sathish Ventures Housing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily records of work progress

Supervise all site activities and coordinate withTelecaller to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Communicate progress and concerns to the project manager and address client inquiries if needed.

Meet with potential buyers to understand their needs, provide detailed project information, and offer tailored property solutions.

Conduct site visits to showcase features and benefits of the projects.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

Fresher / Experienced

High school diploma or bachelor's degree
