berrybunch is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the construction site and supervising the workers on the project. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed in a safe and professional manner by the deadline. INTERIOR WORK ONLY

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring the safety of the site and workers through daily inspections

• Inspecting and monitoring the work in progress to ensure that it meets quality standards
• Overseeing the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures and sub-contractor work
• Conducting on-the-job training to help lower production costs and improve worker morale
• Managing daily schedules between tradesman and subcontractors
• Completing all necessary paperwork for the project including tracking jobs, billing, warranty claims, etc.
• Completing daily paperwork for the project (packing, moving, etc.)and shipping materials as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills
Proven experience as Site Supervisor or similar position
Strong leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures
Excellent knowledge of office management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and track multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with a high level of quality control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
