Job Title: Site Supervisor - Solar Project

Job Type: Full Time

Location: As per site location (All over India)

Language Skills: English, Odia, Hindi

Reporting Manager: Project Coordinator

Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervising workers and subcontractors

Helping project managers plan work

Managing orders and deliveries of solar materials

Organizing staff work schedules

Checking work is carried out safely

Completing records for site reports

Supervising the installation and testing of solar PV, ESS, and grounding systems

Monitoring the project costs incurred and possible risks

Installing roofing and other solar coverings

Communicating with customers on the job site

Maintaining spares inventory and initiating replenishment when needed

Qualification:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (2 Years Exp.) / B. Tech (Fresher)

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a solar site supervisor in onsite operation.

Skills: Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems/ Electrical wiring / Problem-solving / Decision-making skills / Leadership abilities / Familiarity with safety regulations / Quality standards / Client Handling / Vendor or Third Party Management.

Performance Goals: On Time Work finish / Error free installation / Team Work / Innovation / Client Dealing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?17,500.00 per month
