The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of civil and interior work. This includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Site Supervisor must also have strong people management and communication skills, as they will be responsible for leading and motivating a team. Responsibilities: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee the civil and interior work. Inspect work to ensure that it meets quality standards. Resolve problems that arise. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and management. Lead and motivate a team. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in civil and interior works. Strong understanding of construction safety procedures. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 60 days Salary: 918,473.00 - 920,537.00 per month Benefits:
