Job Description

• Team Management: Supervisors are responsible for not just managing but also inspiring their teams. This includes scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring the team's work aligns with the company's objectives.
• Performance Evaluation: They are tasked with evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. This can be challenging but is essential for growth.
• Conflict Resolution: Where there is a team, there will be conflicts. Supervisors need to step in and mediate disputes, ensuring a harmonious working environment.
• Training and Development: It's upon the supervisors to identify training needs among their team members and either provide training or arrange for it to ensure their team's skills are up-to-date.
• Compliance: Supervisors must ensure all company policies and legal regulations are followed, mitigating risks and safeguarding the organisation's integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
