Site Supervisor (Residential)
Location: Kochi, Kakkanad
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential project sites, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage residential project sites, including labour supervision and coordination
- Ensure site safety, quality, and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Implement site management best practices
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in site management of residential projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month + allowances
