• Conduct daily inspections of refractory products in key process areas such as blast furnaces, ladles, and kilns to assess their condition and wear.
• Identify early signs of deterioration or failure and document findings for immediate action or scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor refractory material performance and maintain detailed records on product life and consumption patterns.
• Track and record refractory performance data, including temperature fluctuations, wear rates, and product stability.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on refractory conditions, detailing usage trends, anticipated wear, and replacement schedules.
• Use data insights to recommend product adjustments or preventive maintenance strategies.
