Job Description

: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in the PEB industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Manage materials and equipment on-site to ensure efficient use and minimize wastage.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the PEB industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices in the PEB industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Relevant certification or degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
