Site Supervisor
Job Description
• Civil diploma holder required.
• Supervise residential construction projects to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers for efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress and budget, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Enforce site safety regulations and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a productive work environment.
