Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and interior. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide clear direction and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Project Management:

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities and ensure efficient use of resources.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

Quality Control:

• Oversee the quality of work performed by site personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and standards.

Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact between site staff and management.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on site progress, safety incidents, and any issues encountered.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential problems and implement effective solutions.
• Address any conflicts or issues that arise among team members or stakeholders.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, progress, and incidents.
• Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and documented.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or a Degree is required.

Experience:

• Minimum [2- 4years] of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• May require extended hours and occasional weekends, depending on project deadlines.
• Expert to drive a Car and a Motor Bike.
