Job Description

Position Overview: The Site Supervisor oversees and coordinates electrical and civil construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and manage on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Electrical-Specific Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical installations, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical work to maintain quality control.

Civil-Specific Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and structural work.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and design drawings.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage.

Project Management:

• Assist in project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Track progress and report on project milestones to stakeholders.
• Resolve any site-related issues promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and progress reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in site supervision for electrical and civil projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
