Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Supervisor to join our team in Jatni. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in ITI and a strong understanding of electrical terms. This position requires someone who can oversee operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage day-to-day tasks effectively.

Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budgetary constraints.

Coordinate and supervise the activities of site workers , ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and adherence to quality standards.

Facilitate effective communication among project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment with project timelines.

Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with electrical standards and best practices.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment , promptly reporting any hazards or issues to minimize risks.

Support the training and development of new site workers , fostering skill enhancement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in ITI or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a supervisory role in construction or related fields is preferred.

You must have your own vehicle.

You should be familiar with electrical terminology and possess fundamental technical knowledge.

You should have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You should have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain organized files for easy access.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
