Site Supervisor
Job Description
: As a Site Supervisor , you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage personnel, and serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and direct subcontractors and laborers to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and safety logs.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
