Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management:
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor the progress of the project and report on site activities.
• Ensure that the construction site is safe, clean, and organized.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects in construction.
• Ensure that materials and workmanship meet the required quality and safety standards.
• Technical Support:
• Interpret and review plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to on-site challenges.
• Assist in the preparation of work schedules and resource planning.
• Coordinate with the design team to resolve any discrepancies between plans and site conditions.
• Project Coordination:
• Liaise with clients, designers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Budget and Time Management:
• Monitor project costs and ensure that work is carried out
