- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Get the work executed on site from various agencies in accordance with the drawings
- Ability to order material as per the planned work on site.
- Check quantity and quality of work
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary
- Plan work schedule to to meet the project time line
- Record / book keeping of all the materials and personal at site
- Bill preparation / bill checking
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
