Counting daily manpower and verifying attendance by attendance register
Check each components / phases of window installation
Daily basis safety standards to be followed and checked
Ensuring that work on site starts at stipulated time.
Ensuring daily that labour when arrive on site should be in proper physical condition
Arranging for materials to be stacked safely at the site
Ensuring proper storing and handling of tools and equipment such as to preventing pilferage or loss
Maintain cleanliness at workplace
Frequently checking of electrical plugs and sockets
Measurements to be taken of each and every completed window
Check level marking transfer of each and every window
Plumb and line checking of each and every window by laser machines
Any size variation to be highlighted to site in charge and project manager.
Raising a memo to relevant authorities in the event of any stumbling blocks and non-availability of work fronts
Material receipt, material counting, hardware receipt, counting and issuing (Handling of stores)
Ensuring QC to be done and verified by client\xe2\x80\x99s authorities and coordination with relevant counterparts for the same
Conducting security clearance on receipt of material
Preparation of Daily reports (Work Completion) and submitting it to Site In charge
After sales service.
