Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities across multiple residential or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications

• Project Supervision:

Oversee daily on-site operations for residential or commercial projects.

Ensure that project plans, schedules, and specifications are followed.

• Resource Management:

Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Monitor and ensure the availability of required tools and supplies.

• Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards.

• Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety.

• Problem-Solving:

Address any on-site issues or delays and find practical solutions.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve project challenges.

Team Coordination:

Supervise and mentor workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.

Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all team members.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, inspection logs, and resource usage.

Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Client Interaction:

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure their requirements are met.

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Management or related fields.

Relevant constructions certificates are advantangeous.

Experience:At least 3 years in a site supervisor role, preferably in residential or commercial projects.

Candidates should have strong understanding of construction process ,techniques & materials.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Familiarity with safety regulations & quality standard in construction.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Location - Khar West (Candidate residing in line will be preferred)

Salary Range

3lpa to 6lpa (Depends upon the candidate)
