Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor - Residential Interior Designing Services

Position Summary:

Unico Interiors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee residential interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage on-site activities, coordinate between stakeholders, and ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:Project Management:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee the execution of interior designs as per approved plans and specifications.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets efficiently.

Team Coordination:

• Act as the liaison between clients, designers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Guide workers and subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and protocols across all teams.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect materials and the quality of work to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Promptly address and resolve on-site issues.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures on-site.

Client Interaction:

• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress.
• Address client concerns or modifications during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of on-site activities, materials, and expenses.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supervising residential interior design or construction projects.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends in residential interiors.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,881.37 - ?25,405.66 per month

• Monday to Friday

• Majiwada, Thane, Maharashtra (Preferred)

Shift availability:
