We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with expertise in Finishing and RCC Work, specifically from the real estate industry, to join our esteemed client, a renowned real estate developer in Karjat Location

Designation: Site Supervisor - Finishing & RCC Work

Location : Navi Mumbai, Kharghar

Industry: Real Estate

Qualification: HSC/any stream Graduate will be preferable

Experience: 12-15 yrs

:

Must have good knowledge execution of residential cum commerical high rise building
Must have knowledge of Planning & scheduling of day to day activities
Must have good technical knowledge of RCC civil work, its materials qty. analysis & indenting, joint measurement
All finishing work supervsion-Club house,building and elevation
Related sample work and approvels from architect and director
Podium related and elevation RCC work
Daily basis reporting to seniors
Work related material follow-ups with Purchse department and Suppliers
Must have monitoring skill for day to day construction activities
Good communication skill to coordinate with inter department & consultant.

Mandatory Skills.

Must be Computer Savvy & have knowledge of Autocad, MS office like Word, Excel,PPT,etc
