Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are an Architectural firm based in Goregaon hiring for Interior Site Supervisors with minimum 2-3 years of site experience in Mumbai . The candidate should -
• have experience in interiors as well as exteriors of residential and commercial projects.
• be able to manage and monitor labourers, materials on site and coordinate with vendors and designers to solve all site related works.
• be ready to take full responsibility of the site and ensure everyone on site is working in sync with the overall execution plan as per the final drawings issued on site.
• ensure all resources at site are utilised in the best possible way with least wastages.
• be ready to travel across Mumbai, Maharashtra and India.
• take site measurements on weekly basis.
• be present for all site meetings.
• maintain all site records in proper files and adhere to the BOQ & BOM.
• always strive for timely completion of sites.
Candidates situated on the western suburban side of Mumbai will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
