Job Description
A Site Supervisor/Site Engineer in an electrical contracting company is responsible for managing and instructing site workers, setting team goals, and resolving problems. They plan and schedule projects, estimate the time and materials needed, and maintain records and documentation. Additionally, they supervise electricians and other site workers, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
