Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects at our industrial sites. The Industrial Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all construction activities at the industrial site, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

2. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

3. Monitor work progress and productivity to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

4. Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

5. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety hazards, quality issues, and compliance concerns.

6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

7. Manage construction documentation, including daily reports, progress reports.

8. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, to resolve issues and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.

9. Maintain effective communication with project team members, clients, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the construction process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial construction, with at least [X] years in a supervisory role.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly in the industrial sector.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven ability to manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

6. Experience with construction safety standards and regulations, with relevant certifications.

7. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,422.33 - ?30,760.49 per month
