Site Supervisor
Job Description
As a Site Supervisor your primary responsibility is to oversee the execution of interior design projects at construction sites. You will be tasked with managing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure that the design plans are implemented accurately and efficiently. This involves:
• Site Management: Supervising construction activities to ensure they align with design specifications and quality standards set by the firm.
• Team Coordination: Collaborating closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during construction, offering solutions and adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
• Communication: Serving as a point of contact between the design team, clients, and on-site workers to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.
