Education:

SSC

HSC

Graduation

Required experience:

3-5 years in Similar industry

JD For Catering Supervisor

Should have experience in HOTEL PANTRY Services

Should have knowledge in all types of Tea making, sandwich making and Juice Making

Should upkeep cleanliness of Pantry and Maintenance

Should have Good Communications

Updates and modifies the food pantry menu as needed.

Packs food pantry orders and stocks shelves as needed.

Responsible for implementing food pantry policies and procedures.

All other duties as assigned.

• The supervision of staff and allocation of duties
• Carry out staff training.
• The checking and recording of all food received at the client-side
• Carry out all clerical duties as required including all cash related duties
• Ensure the cleanliness of the service area, its equipment and the surround
• Ensure the security of the service area and surroundings.
• Ensure the Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Report faults in equipment and request necessary day to day maintenance of premises.
• Be prepared to give practical help in any part of the service should the need arise
• Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
• Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
• Should have hands-on knowledge of on-site cooking.
• Ensure in maintaining good relations with the Facility team from the client side.
• Maintain all onsite related checklists & other compliance documents.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for all site requirements like Grocery, dairy, poultry etc.

Salary : ?12,000.00 to ?15,000.00 /month (Depends on Experience)
