Site Supervisor

Location : Kottakal, Malappuram
Salary : ?15,000 per month (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at our project sites in Kottakal, Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering, either with an ITI certification or a Diploma in Civil Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their career in construction management, with on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision : Monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per the project plans and specifications.
• Team Coordination : Coordinate with workers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Quality Control : Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Progress Tracking : Track the progress of the project, and report any delays or issues to the senior management.
• Safety Management : Ensure all safety protocols are being followed on-site, including proper usage of equipment and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Material Management : Oversee material inventory, ensuring that all required materials are available on-site and used effectively.
• Documentation : Maintain daily logs of work progress, site activities, and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Site Inspections : Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to construction guidelines and timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Education : ITI in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience : Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in site supervision or construction is an advantage.
• Skills :
• Basic understanding of construction processes and site management.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
• Ability to handle site challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
