Roles and Responsibilities:

• Site Management:
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure progress aligns with the construction plan.
• Allocate tasks to site workers and subcontractors.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are adhered to.
• Conduct regular safety checks and briefings.
• Quality Assurance:
• Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Address issues promptly to prevent project delays.
• Coordination:
• Communicate between project managers, architects, engineers, and workers.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory.
• Problem-Solving:
• Resolve site-related challenges efficiently.
• Adjust plans as needed to address unforeseen issues.
• Documentation:
• Maintain records of site activities, such as labor hours, equipment use, and incidents.
• Report progress to higher management.
• Supervision:
• Lead and motivate the construction team.
• Ensure workers are trained and skilled for their assigned tasks.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Technical understanding of architectural and engineering plans.

Qualifications:

• 1 + Years Experience
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
