Site Supervisor
Job Description
• Site Management:
• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to understand project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, laborers, and material deliveries.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all materials and finishes are in line with approved designs.
• Conduct regular quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at the site.
• Address and mitigate potential risks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
