Job Summary Unitac Energy Solutions Private Limited founded more than two decades ago, this multi core company focuses on telecom infrastructure in India. Over the years, the group has proven its might in a multitude of fields including the telecom, logistics and trading sector, construction wing, and hospitality with a manpower of 1500-2000 heads. Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise/Monitor the site work progress and to ensure that it is in compliance with the approved standards as per client\'s requirements.
• To make sure that daily progress reports are being complied with on client\'s preferred apps or other proper channel.
• Estimate/Forecast the cost of labour & materials needed for the project or the required budget and to make the requisition of necessary tools, materials and budget to ensure smooth work flow and on time project completion.
• Assist Purchasing on identifying local suppliers by providing needed details and documents.
• The candidate should able negotiate with different suppliers.
• To ensure that correct materials are delivered in terms of specifications, quality and quantity and to be responsible enough to report any discrepancy.
• To make sure that issued tools/equipment are well taken care of and to properly turn-over when not in use.
• Tracks changes to the design and/or construction works and to document it to support the VO claims.
• Coordinates with different Departments such as Design, QS, Purchasing and Site personnel.
• Conducts site inspection as needed by the management
• To religiously collate all necessary and required close-out documents of the project.
• To maintain a healthy and good working relationship within the department and with the client/s.
• To perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate should have minimum diploma ITI, graduate of Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering or any related Engineering course .
• Experienced Candidates preferably with one (1) or more years related Telecom and construction experience.
• Can handle and supervise manpower at site.
• Computer literate, knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects/Office is an advantage.
• With work experience related to the telecom industry;
• Willing to stay on site and travel within the site locations if needed; \xef\x82\xb7 With untainted integrity & of good moral character.
• The applicant must be willing to work ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 15,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
