Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in Kerala.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Oversight:

• Plan, organize, and supervise all on-site activities.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Implement corrective actions to address any challenges.

Team Management:

• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure clear communication within the team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address concerns.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Quality Control:

• Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with agreed specifications.
• Identify and rectify any defects.
• Maintain accurate records of all construction activities.

Material Management:

• Order and manage the procurement of construction materials.
• Maintain inventory of materials on-site.
• Ensure the timely delivery and proper storage of materials.

Client Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress.
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety measures.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction field.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
