Waza Homes, located in Calicut, Moozhikkal, is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our construction team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities at various project sites in Calicut, Moozhikkal, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

2. Manage and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to safety regulations.

3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and standards.

4. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, site reports, and material deliveries.

5. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide updates on project status.

6. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to site safety regulations.

7. Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise on-site in a timely and professional manner.

8. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.

9. Train and mentor junior staff members as needed.

10. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

6. Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and project management tools.
