Site Supervisor

Gender: Male

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in civil and interior execution, with strong material knowledge and the ability to ensure the timely and efficient execution of work. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is essential for effective communication with the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Supervision:
• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of civil and interior work to ensure that tasks are completed according to the design plan.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Material Management:
• Ensure the availability and quality of construction materials on-site.
• Oversee the storage, handling, and proper usage of materials to avoid waste and ensure efficient use.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Execution and Coordination:
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Assist in executing civil and interior work as per design requirements.
• Monitor and ensure that construction work complies with regulatory standards and building codes.
• Communication:
• Liaise with clients, architects, and senior management, providing updates on the progress of work.
• Maintain daily logs and reports on work progress, issues, and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in site supervision, with knowledge of civil and interior execution.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and interior execution techniques.
• Ability to manage and supervise construction activities on-site.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam for effective communication.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.

Salary:

• Salary: ?20,000 to ?25,000 per month, based on experience.

Location:

• Kakkanad, Kochi: Candidates should be available to work in Kakkanad.
