Job Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Trivandrum . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supervising construction sites, managing workers, and ensuring the site operations run smoothly. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that the work is completed on time and according to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at the construction site.
• Oversee the construction team , ensuring they follow safety protocols, guidelines, and instructions.
• Monitor work progress , ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all safety measures are in place and that workers follow safety procedures at all times.
• Inspect the quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards .
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any site-related issues.
• Maintain site records , including daily work logs, materials used, labor reports, and other related documents.
• Ensure that all construction materials are available and stored properly.
• Perform regular checks on equipment and machinery, reporting any issues that need attention.
• Assist in ensuring that the site is clean and organized and that workers have the tools and resources they need.
• Report to senior management on site progress, issues, and any required resources.

Key Requirements :

• Male candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or a construction-related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes , safety regulations , and site management.
• Ability to manage a team and work effectively with workers and other professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address site issues quickly.
• Good communication skills to interact with the team and report to management.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical tasks when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, machinery , and site management software .
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
