We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team at ITCT.ONLINE. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Setting out work as per project requirements.
• Reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings accurately.
• Overseeing site activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Managing site accounts and ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Supervising and managing workers on-site to maintain productivity and quality.
• Coordinating with various teams for seamless project execution.
• Traveling to project sites as required.
• Handling both residential and commercial site projects effectively.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Freshers: Salary range of ?12,000 - ?25,000 per month (performance-based).
• Experienced candidates: Competitive salary based on expertise and performance.
• Prior experience in site supervision, especially in residential and commercial projects, is a plus.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong site management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage site accounts effectively.
• Leadership qualities to manage workers and handle challenges efficiently.
