Position: Site Supervisor / Draftsman

Job Overview:
Kaleido Architects is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor/Draftsman to join our team in Malaparamba, Calicut. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in site supervision and drafting, with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure design plans are accurately implemented.
• Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation for project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and report on project progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to address and resolve any site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
