Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage the on-site activities for our construction and interior design projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of construction and interior design processes.

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities align with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to senior management.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all construction and design work meets the company's quality standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement best practices for quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Safety Management:

• Enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on-site, implementing corrective measures as needed.

Resource Management:

• Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor hours, materials used, and work progress.

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Conduct site tours for clients and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications/Education:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction and interior design projects.
