Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality workmanship and compliance with specifications.

Keep accurate records of project progress, materials, and expenses.

Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to address any concerns and provide updates on project status.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
