Location : Kadavantra

The Site Supervisor at Studio Andem is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities for interior design and architectural projects . This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact between the on-site team, contractors, and the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and design specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and architects to understand project requirements and timelines.

Team Supervision:

• Supervise and manage the on-site team, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure quality control.
• Conduct regular site meetings to address issues, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with design plans.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the site and the office.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.

Resource Management:

• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of materials.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and utilization of on-site equipment.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential issues early and develop solutions to prevent project delays.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise on-site.
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.

Health and Safety:

• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the on-site team.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.

Client Relations:

• Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Provide site tours and updates to clients as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor, preferably in the interior design and architectural field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 4 years (Required)
• Civil: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Malayalam (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• Hindi (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
