About the Company: Trivandrum based Interior design company

Duties & Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing all aspects of Execution of the project from start to finish.

Need to coordinate with sales team for the initial phase of the project for smooth transition.

Need to understand and execute the project by supervising the team according to the plan.

Need to ensure safety and security of the workers and materials at site.

Ensure efficient delegation of tasks and resolve any issues that may arise during the project execution.

Act as a point of contact for clients and designers on site. Communicate effectively to understand their vision and ensure their requirements are met satisfactorily.

Regularly inspect the installation process to ensure the highest quality of workmanship. Ensure that the materials used are of the best quality and in line with the project specifications.

Monitor project expenditures and ensure that the project stays within budget. Report any deviations to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree-B tech Civil, or Diploma/ITI in Civil

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry

Strong understanding of various furnishing materials and installation techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client satisfaction

Leadership & Time Management skills

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Adaptability to handle various project types across different sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Willingness to travel:
