Job Title: Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out

Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: Project Manager/Senior Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects in Tirupati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, coordinating subcontractors, and working closely with the project team to deliver successful project outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications.
• Ensure the site is organized and maintains a safe work environment.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Coordinate and manage trades and labor to meet project deadlines.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and client specifications.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure work quality.
• Implement and enforce all safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks with workers.
• Ensure proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used on-site at all times.
• Maintain daily site logs and track progress reports.
• Report any deviations, delays, or potential issues to the Project Manager.
• Keep records of materials used, workforce, and equipment on-site.
• Act as the point of contact for clients and attend meetings to provide updates on site progress.
• Address client queries and concerns and ensure their requirements are being met.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of work.
• Quickly assess site issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and resolve logistical, operational, and technical challenges efficiently.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate on-site workers and ensure effective teamwork.
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Certification in Interior Design or Fit-Out Management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior design standards.
• Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work on-site in Tirupati and travel if necessary.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
