Required - Site SupervisorLocation: SURATIndustry- Industrial ConstructionMust have experience as a Site Supervisor in the Industrial Construction or Similr Industry\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibility.Site Coordination and Management:
- Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring efficient operations.
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and site workers to achieve project goals.
- Implement project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Lead and motivate on-site teams, providing clear instructions and support.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project updates and expectations
- Enforce and monitor strict adherence to safety protocols on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any concerns promptly.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and address deviations from project specifications
- Act as a point of contact between on-site teams and project stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates and address any concerns raised by stakeholders
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a site supervisory role.
