Role Overview:

The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site operations for various interior and architectural projects. They will act as a bridge between design, execution, and client satisfaction while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution:
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are executed as per approved designs and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for seamless workflow.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
• Team Coordination:
• Guide on-site workers to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and design consultants to ensure alignment.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at the site.
• Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly.
• Client Interaction:
• Address client concerns and provide updates on project status when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the interior or architectural industry.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and safety protocols.
