Job Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team and work closely under the supervision of the Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior fit - outs processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure that projects are executed according to plans and specifications.

Responsibilities:

# Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing interior fit - outs activities.

# Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

# Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.

# Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within budget and timeline.

# Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and reports.

# Perform quality checks on materials, workmanship, and compliance with specifications.

# Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, providing updates on project status and challenges.

# Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.

# Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction and interior fit - outs

# Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment as needed.

# Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address concerns.

Qualifications:

# High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical education is a plus.

# Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction and interior fit - outs industry.

# Familiarity with construction processes, techniques, and materials.

# Strong organizational and time-management skills.

# Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

# Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

# Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

# Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

# Basic knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.

Maximum Salary - 35k - 40k(Per month)
