Site Supervisor
Job Description
• Supervise daily operations of the sewage treatment plant, including monitoring treatment processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Manage a team of operators, providing training and support.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on plant performance and compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with environmental agencies and stakeholders as needed.
