Site Supervisor (Highway & Structure)

Location: Paradeep, NH-53 Project

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor for the NH-53 highway and structure project at Paradeep. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise construction activities for highways and structures, ensuring quality and compliance with project plans.

Monitor daily site activities and coordinate with engineers, workers, and contractors.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of site progress, material usage, and workforce deployment.

Liaise with the Project Manager for effective resource management and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in highway and structure projects.

Proficient in understanding technical drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with site documentation and report preparation.

Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards.

Pay: ?14,439.85 - ?19,649.72 per month
