As a Site Supervisor, your responsibility includes:
\xe2\x80\x93 Requires strong civil site knowledge
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure on-site material quality
\xe2\x80\x93 Co-ordination with designers, subcontractor, vendors and labours
\xe2\x80\x93 Planning of next day work in advance
\xe2\x80\x93 Get the maximum output from labour
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain the cleanliness of site & prepare daily report, Department labour bill
\xe2\x80\x93 Taking measurement, project schedule
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of 2 years or more
\xe2\x80\x93 Salary based on education and experience
