Supervise daily site operations and coordinate work schedules.
Monitor project progress and report any issues to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Manage and lead on-site staff, including training and development.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
Resolve conflicts and problems that arise on site.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed..
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
