Location: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure site safety, and manage labor forces.

Min 3 Years Exp required

Salary : 20 K in Hand

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management (50%):

- Supervise labor forces, subcontractors, and material deliveries

- Ensure site safety, security, and compliance with regulations

- Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and workflows

- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity

- Report issues and discrepancies to Project Manager

Quality Control (20%):

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

- Identify and address defects or deficiencies

- Implement corrective actions and improvements

Safety and Compliance (15%):

- Enforce site safety policies and procedures

- Conduct safety training and induction programs

- Monitor and report safety incidents or near-misses

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
